When I was 12-years-old I showed my 14-year-old cousin the newest silhouettes I made out of a department store catalog. This was the wrong thing to do on a summer morning. It marked me as a weirdo for the rest of the summer. She was more interested in the latest boy band. Boys? What are boys? I was 12.
Now I feel vindicated that I kept my papercraft hobby into adulthood and I am really digging one particular trend in lighting. Danish lighting sculpture that looks like papercraft.
